(AP) -- Country singer Mindy McCready will surrender to authorities in Franklin, Tennessee, on Tuesday to begin serving a 60-day sentence for violating her probation on a 2004 drug charge. McCready's deal with Williamson County prosecutors was announced by her attorney. The 32-year-old singer was charged in June with violating her probation by falsifying her community service records. McCready says in a statement that she wants to put the issue behind her as soon as possible so she can get back to her music career.
